First-person shooter (FPS) game "Destiny 2" has gotten a lot of players since its release just a few months ago. More recently, they have also released their first expansion, "Curse of Osiris," which got mostly good feedback despite some issues. Now, it looks like a new expansion that is yet to be announced has been leaked on the internet.

The next expansion for "Destiny 2" is allegedly called "Gods of Mars," and it was first leaked by the game's fans on a Reddit thread. Unfortunately, the pictures of the leaks which were screenshots of a listing on the PlayStation Network (PSN) has since been deleted from the thread. According to PC Gamer, the new expansion will be adding a lot of new features including a new enemy faction called Charlemagne's Remnants.

"Destiny 2 Expansion II: Gods of Mars sends your Guardian on a long journey to a brand-new destination — the Frigid Vale of Mars, with an array of new missions, adventures, and enemies to fight," reads the description on the PSN listing.

It continues, "Charlemagne has reawoken on Mars and has imprisoned Rasputin within an ancient vault. Work with the elusive Ana Bray — long thought to be dead, in order to combat Charlemagne's Remnants, free Rasputin, and uncover the secrets of Clovis Bray."

The listing further states some more specific features the expansion would add. Aside from the new enemy faction and the new Frigid Vale destination, there are, of course, new story missions, themed weapons, armor, and gear, co-op activities, and multiplayer arenas. It also lists that this supposedly next expansion will come out in March 2018 and will cost $19.99.

Those who are familiar with the lore especially backstory around the game would know most of the names and areas mentioned. While there have been no official announcements yet from developer Bungie, the new expansion would most likely go into depth about each new character and area.
