The alleged release date and details of "Destiny's" much-awaited DLC called "House of Wolves" leaked online, which revealed that the expansion pack just might arrive on May 19.

Reddit user megamanexe4 went through the game's files and managed to dig a few details about the next DLC. The biggest (but still unconfirmed) revelation is that "Destiny's" downloadable content is likely to head to gamers in May, contradicting earlier reports pointing to a March release date.

May 19 somewhat makes sense since the date is a Tuesday, which is the day that the game resets as well as the day that the previous "The Dark Below" DLC was released. The tipster said that a major patch update will be released in the near future pushing the release to May when all of the features are readily available.

Previous reports stated that the "House of Wolves" DLC is slated for release on March 10 (which also happens to be a Tuesday) bringing forth new locations, missions, strikes, and raids. The raid is allegedly located in the currently off limits Reef area. One of the particular updates in the game is its reward system. According to "Destiny" developer Luke Smith, the team is revamping the loot reward system in the upcoming expansion pack.

The description of the DLC says, "The Queen's Fallen have purchased their freedom with Awoken blood. Hunt down the traitors and your debt to the Queen will be paid."

While everyone is excited about this news, Bungie community manager DeeJ reminds gamers that whatever is published in the game's official forum is not yet final and is bound for changes until the studio announces otherwise.

"Aside from giving it a name, Bungie has yet to reveal the House of Wolves. That means that anything you know about it can change. We have a team working on the experience in their own fancy room, and they have some exciting surprises up their sleeves," says Bungie. The developer added that the evolutions are inevitable.
