Fresh from rolling out the newest major update, developer Bungie still has much more in store for its sci-fi, futuristic shooter, "Destiny."

Already in their second year, "Destiny" players will be surprised when December comes, as Bungie has revealed in its weekly updates post that for next month, there will be another update in store for the game. This update, aside from addressing issues that players have given via feedback, as well as planned improvements, will also introduce another aspect to "Destiny" – the addition of new Exotic gear and weapons.

Although the update is still slated for December, Bungie has already offered fans a sneak peek at what's in store for them with the new update. The developer uploaded images of the new Exotic gear in its official Instagram account.

For hardcore Guardians, some of the Exotics might seem familiar, as some of these new gear were updated versions of Year One Exotics, and Bungie has planned to bring them back for Year Two. Meanwhile, out of the 14 Exotics for December, two of these are brand-new – the ATS/8 Tarantella chest piece meant for the Bladedancer subclass for Hunters, and Twilight Garrison, a chest piece for Titan players.

Meanwhile, the remaining Exotics that first made their appearances in Year One and will be brought back for Year Two are a myriad of weapons and gear for almost all classes of Guardians. The pick is also of a wide area, ranging from a sniper rifle for those looking to fight long-range to Nothing Manacles, gauntlets for Warlocks, suited for close-combat style. Armor gear will also be updated, like the Achylophage Symbiote for Hunters, and Peregrine Greaves for Titans.

"Destiny" has just entered its second year since release. Aside from the recently released major patch, update 2.0.2, the game is also currently on its third expansion, The Taken King.
