Iron Banner is back, and along with it are some new items that will be exclusive to PlayStation players.

There are six new items that PlayStation players can now obtain via the game's Iron Banner event, and altogether, they can make up a pretty solid armor set.

"Destiny" players can get the new pieces of armor via two different methods.

Three of the items will be made available from Lord Saladin, and they will be the boots at rank 3, the helmets and auto rifles at rank 4 and the shotgun, which will be available at rank 5.

The remaining Iron Banner items will be available to PlayStation "Destiny" players as post-game drops. The post-game drops are the helmets at rank 2; the class items and auto rifles at rank 3; and the shotguns which become available at rank 4, GameSpot reported.

PlayStation 3 owners will be glad to know that the new Iron Banner items are also available on their last-gen platforms, so they too will benefit significantly from the ongoing event.

There's no word yet on whether there will also be platform-exclusive items made available to Xbox One and Xbox 360 owners.

In related news, it turns out that there are some dead ghosts that can reward players inside "Destiny."

It's unclear exactly when the dead ghosts were added to "Destiny," although they do offer some value in that they can unlock some Grimoire cards, Game Rant reported.

There are four dead ghosts in total inside "Destiny" and they are located all on the Moon.

One of the dead ghosts can be found patrolling inside the Hall of Wisdom, while the three others can be spotted inside the Summoning Pits Strike.

"Destiny" players are not exactly required to find the dead ghosts, and for those who simply want to see the new Grimoire card entries that they will unlock, they can already head on over to the online databases to read up on them.
