"Destiny's" latest update is causing some major issues for players of the game.

Bungie has already gotten wind of what these problems actually are and they have said that they are already working to patch them up.

The problems with the latest "Destiny" update are not localized to any one aspect of the game either.

For example, one of the problems regarding the latest update involves some players not getting the rewards they thought they would from Patrols and Faction-specific quests. Apparently, the rewards players are expecting are not going to be given out until Sept. 15. Unfortunately for players who have finished these quests, they will not be getting the rewards they thought they would unless they finish these again on or after Sept. 15.

There have also been instances of players somehow getting a hold of items that should not be available until at least Sept. 15, although it is unclear how Bungie will be working on this particular issue.

Xbox One owners in particular are also suffering from difficulties trying to download the update itself, with the process often stopping at random points, according to Game Zone. Xbox One owners have also reported issues regarding transferring game content, saying the process often pauses somewhere between 30 to 55 percent.

That's on top of the myriad of crashes and freezes that plague the game whenever players are suffering from more than one status effect.

"Destiny" players are now being advised to keep an eye on Bungie's official forums for the game to see if there may be any new fixes for the particular problems they are suffering from, according to Gamespot.

The problems regarding update 2.0 for "Destiny" are popping up at a particularly bad time.

With "The Taken King" expansion due out for the game Sept. 15, Bungie is now tasked with getting everything ready prior to the big day.
