The weekend is fast approaching, which means that Xur, Agent of the Nine, is already prepping his gear as he embarks on his next journey around the Tower. Players can look for the travelling merchant to trade their hard-earned Strange Coins and Motes of Light for highly-coveted exotic items. 

Starting 5 a.m. EST/ 2 a.m. PST/ 10 a.m. U.K. time on Friday, Aug. 7, the Agent of the Nines will start spending time in a specific location around the Tower to wait for players who are interested in availing his latest set of merchandise. He will stay in the area until Sunday, Aug. 9, at exactly 5 a.m. EST/ 2 a.m. PST/ 10 a.m. U.K. time.

While Xur's traveling shop normally has a consistent schedule every weekend, his location normally varies each time. 

Last weekend, players found Xur hanging out at the Vestian Outpost at the Queens Bay on The Reef. Although in the week before last, players were disappointed when Xur failed to offer any exotic weapon, he made up for it last July 31 to Aug. 2 by bringing several exotic items that are worth spending every Strange Coins and Motes of Light on. 

Xur's inventory last week included the SUROS Regime exotic weapon for just 23 Strange Coins, the No Backup Plans exotic Titan gauntlets worth 13 Strange Coins, the Knucklehead Radar exotic Hunter Helmet sold for just 13 Strange Coins, the Claws of Ahamkara exotic Warlock Gauntlets that Xur sold for 13 Strange Coins, as well as the Exotic Shard Material worth 7 Strange Coin and the Exotic Engram Helmet for only 23 Motes of Light. 

For this coming weekend, players are hoping to see several popular exotic items like the Last Word, the Mida Multi Tool, or the Ice Breaker in his list. At the moment, players need to stock up on their Strange Coins and Motes of Light to be able to afford the new set of items that Xur will sell this week.
