For 'Destiny' players, developer Bungie's decision to include a vendor that peddles exotic items and gear is a smart one. However, Bungie made the feature a little bit challenging, making the exotic vendor Xur appear at different locations each time he spawns.

From May 15 to 17, Xur will be stationed in the Tower North, close to the far end of the area. Hardcore players will most likely already know where this is and head over immediately, as this week's location is one of the Agent of Nine's regular haunts. Casual and first-time 'Destiny' players can check out the far edge of the tower's balcony, close to the edge. This is where will be currently located.

In this week's inventory, Xur will primarily be peddling helmets at 13 Strange Coins each. Items on his stock for this round include a titan helmet, An Insurmountable Skullfort with a max discipline of 125; Apostheosis Veil that can be equipped by Warlocks and give 111 discipline bonus; and Knucklehead Radar for Hunters with a strength bonus of 103.

Players can also stock up on their Exotic Shards for 7 Strange Coins or purchase an Exotic Gauntlet Engram for 23 Motes of Light. Truth, an Exotic rocket launcher, is also available for 17 Strange Coins.

Players who want to check out Xur for gear upgrades can find the following sets available: for armors, the items that can be upgraded are Crest of Alpha Lupi, No Backup Plans, Apstheosis Veil; Knucklehead Radar, and Heart of the Praxic Fire.

Weapons that can be upgraded include Super Good Advice, Gjallarhorn, Thorn; Plan C, Patience and Time, and the MIDA Multi-Tool.

Xur will again disappear from the Tower by 9 AM GMT on Sunday, May 17. Additionally, there are reports that the Agent of Nine Exotic items vendor will not be appearing for a long time at the Tower, since the new DLC "House of Wolves" will also introduce the new Reef Social Space, giving the peddler an expanded area to spawn on.
