Detroit Pistons vs. Utah Jazz live stream (NBA 2015 preview): Will the Jazz finally break out?

The Detroit Pistons barely have enough time to cool their heels as they try to follow up their impressive opening day win over the Atlanta Hawks.

The Pistons are a team that has long been on the wings waiting for their time to shine. And from all indications, this year could be it.

The improvements in the team are obviously seen. The new recruits (Marcus Morris and Ersan Ilyasova) are proving that Stan Van Gundy was right in picking them up, adding more help to the frontline which stars Andre Drummond.

Now, remember that in the first game, Reggie Jackson was not his usual self. So just imagine how the Pistons would be if all cylinders were firing?

The Jazz, on the other hand, are the third youngest team in the league but are due for a breakout year. Gordon Hayward will be at the front of it all and hopefully, the Jazz can show some headway against the Pistons.

Derrick Favors will hopefully stand out but as far as the rest of the Jazz players are concerned, anyone can suddenly step up and introduce himself. The Jazz will have Trey Burke at the point but will miss the services of Dante Exum who is out due to injury.

Burke did show promise last season, so it will be interesting to see what he brings this year. His matchup against Jackson should be interesting, both up and rising guards that will surely try to outwit the other.

On paper, the Pistons do seem to have the advantage. That is unless head coach Quin Snyder has something up his sleeve.

The Detroit Pistons host the Utah Jazz today, Oct. 28, with the game starting at 7:30 p.m. EST. The game will be televised via Fox Sports with live streaming available by clicking here.
