"Devil's Third" is now primed to be released on the Wii U for both North and South America before the end of the year.

To be more specific, "Devil's Third" is expected to launch some time during the fourth quarter of 2015, according to Nintendo of America.

Prior to the latest announcement, some fans who had been waiting for more concrete release date details regarding the game were growing increasingly scared that "Devil's Third" may not even make its way to North and South America at all, according to Polygon. The game was already given a release date for both Europe and Japan before the latest announcement, leading to even more speculation early on that "Devil's Third" was not going to be available in the Americas.

Retail and digital copies of the game will be available through Nintendo's eShop.

"Devil's Third" will combine the shooting and slashing mechanics into its gameplay. The game will allow the user to play as a third-person shooter and feature high-tech weaponry for players to use. Along with the advanced weaponry on hand, "Devil's Third" will also provide gamers with an array of different swords that will be used in ninja-style combat, adding another layer of complexity to "Devil's Third."

Nintendo will only be handling the release of the game for their Wii U console. As for the personal computer (PC) version of the game, Nintendo has said that Valhalla Game Studios will be the party involved in handling that part of the equation.

There will be a difference between the two versions of "Devil's Third," as the one for PCs will only feature the game's multiplayer mode, according to Eurogamer. The PC version will be free to play.

The Wii U version of "Devil's Third" will have both the single and multiplayer modes of the game.
