After tying the knot just late last year, Dillon and Amy Duggar King decided to do something sweet to tie themselves to one another even further.

According to Us Magazine, the newlyweds got matching tattoos that say: "Rest in the storm." Amy has it placed on her left wrist while Dillon has it on his left arm.

On her Instagram account (@amyrachelleking), the aspiring country singer even shared a photo of their new tattoos and explained why they settled on the inscription "Rest in the storm."

"To enjoy shelter from the storms of life we are going to remember to focus on God's promise and His presence," writes Amy.

Earlier, Amy encountered a lot of terrible news concerning marriage within her family, but this did not make her feel jaded to tie the knot herself.

While she was looking for wedding gowns for her big day, she received news that her cousin Josh Duggar from "19 Kids and Counting" admitted having cheated on his wife Anna after his paid subscription to the cheating website Ashley Madison was revealed.

"I was completely shocked just like the rest of the world," she wrote on her blog. "Rage came over me, sadness crept in, and reality set in that the person I had known my entire life turned out to be a fraud, and a complete stranger. I've always heard that there were people in this world that lived a double life, but I never thought that someone so close to home would be living a lie."

But that was not all. Shortly after tying the knot with King, Amy learned that her own parents wanted to get a divorce.

However, Amy decided to adopt a healthier perspective and learn to "let go of what I can't control."

"I've recently been trying to stay positive and embrace the changes that are happening all around me. Sometimes, though, it's nearly impossible to just find the silver lining," she admitted. "Change can be scary."
