Thousands of fans were quite delighted when Bethesda Softworks and Arkane Studios finally released the highly awaited stealth action adventure sequel video game, "Dishonored 2." However, there may have been some gamers, specifically those playing the PC version of the game, who were a bit disappointed as the PC version was apparently riddled with bugs and issues that made it very unstable and almost unplayable.

The highly awaited sequel to 2012's original "Dishonored" video game was highly praised by critics and gamers who tried it out on the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4. The feedback from PC gamers, however, was quite different as most expressed their frustration towards the different issues that were plaguing the game. Several players reported that the PC version seemed to struggle even if their gaming systems were up to spec and the game was set to its lowest graphic setting.

Other reported issues with the PC version of the game incudes unstable frame rates, resolution issues, mouse sensitivity glitches and the occasional crash and freezes. Some PC gamers have also started to warn other players through social media and gaming forums to just stay away from the PC version of the game until the developers release a fix for it.

To respond to its disheartened customers, Bethesda posted an announcement on its official website, revealing to fans that it is well aware of the issues and is working on sending out a patch to fix it as soon as possible.

"We are actively working to provide an update to address your concerns. The patch and its release notes will be available in the coming days." Bethesda mentioned in the announcement.

Aside from talking about their upcoming patch, the company also gave tips on preventing problems with the PC version of the game. These tips includes setting the visual setting to "auto," updating graphics card drivers to the latest version, and to avoid using "alt-tab" command to prevent crashes.
