A knowledgeable new character is joining the old ones in next week's episode of "Dragon Ball Super." The episode is all about Zuno, whose fluency in the subject of the universe and the super dragon balls is beyond compare.

The episode is titled "To Lord Zuno! Ask About the Location of the Super Dragon Balls!"

Bulma and Jaco will be the first ones to meet Zuno and it's his extensive knowledge that brings them to his home.

The promo for the "Dragon Ball Super" episode teases an appearance from a young version of Bulma. In the clip, she is seen navigating the ship they are using on the way to Zuno's den.

However, there are rumors that the little girl is not Bulma but her daughter Bulla, who is also known as Bra. But taking into account the timeline the series is set, Bra does not exist yet, making the speculation unlikely. After all, Bra wasn't even in "Dragon Ball: Resurrection of F" to begin with. At the moment, the general consensus is that the young girl is Bulma as a little girl.

That being said, it does not make any sense for Bra to turn up in this "Dragon Ball Super" episode, but fans won't know for sure until "To Lord Zuno! Ask About the Location of the Super Dragon Balls!" airs.

Also, as Bulma and Jaco make their way to Zuno's quarters, the tournament organized by Champa and Beerus continues to take form. Piccolo has agreed to be one of the fighters to represent universe seven, alongside Goku and Vegeta, after training in the new and more powerful Hyperbolic Time Chamber.

Piccolo did not want to join at first because he felt that he wasn't as strong as he needed to be for the tournament. He changed his mind after Dende fixed the chamber.

The team seems to be in great shape with Monaka and Buu also on board.

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 31 is set to air Feb. 14.
