A&E announced today that hit reality show "Duck Dynasty" be back for a sixth season.

The popular series follows the Robertson family and their multi-million dollar business, Duck Commander. The new season will begin June 11 at 10 p.m.

According to The Wrap, season six will feature the family patriarch, Phil, engaged in an incessant battle to keep beavers off his property. Willie, Phil's youngest son, will try to manage his relationships with older brother Jase and wacky Uncle Si, and Phil's wife, Kay, will take up couponing.

Highlights this season will include Jase's son, Reed, graduating from high school, and a special political guest. The network revealed that Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal will appear on the show to present Phil with a Commerce Award.

In February, Jindal presented the Robertson family with the inaugural Governor's Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence for starting a business in Louisiana that has provided jobs, commerce, and economic opportunity for the state. Jindal called business like Duck Commander the "backbone" of the state.

A press release for the award stated that Phil made $8,000 in sales in 1973—his first year in business. Today, Duck Commander products are sold across the country, and the company had $40 million in revenue in 2012.

The Robertson family has also made its network more wealthy. "Duck Dynasty" generated nearly $80 million in sales in 2013, and product licensing brought in another $400 million last year.

Although the show has been a tremendous success for A&E, it did experience a drop in ratings last season after Phil made controversial remarks in a GQ Magazine interview. In addition to condemning homosexuality, Phil claimed that blacks were happier before the Civil Rights Movement, and compared Shintoists and Muslims to Nazis.

Phil was briefly suspended, but reinstated after thousands of fans demanded his return.
