Last weekend, Duggar family, who have starred in several reality TV shows, celebrated the birthdays of the 16th child of the reality TV family, Johannah Duggar, and the first grandchild, Mackynzie Renee Duggar. It was a simple day out for the girls of the Duggar family.

Johannah's birthday is on Oct. 11 and she will turn 12. Mackynzie just turned eight on Oct. 8. Some of the girls and Michelle had a simple lunch as can be seen on their social media posts. Commenters were quick to notice that the kids are now grown up. Well-wishers greeted the girls as well.

One follower said, "They all grown up so fast and so beautiful every day." Another posted, "I can't get over how the girls have grown!!!!!!! Not babies anymore!!!" There was also a fan who complimented Michelle, saying "Michelle you are so pretty you haven't changed a bit I can't even tell at all you are in your 50s!"

Aside from this, the family also updated their Facebook followers with three photos. One is a birthday greeting for Mackynzie, who is also shown in the second photo with grandparents Michelle and Jim Bob. One fan noticed that the girl resembles her mom, Anna. In the third picture, the birthday girl is flanked by her siblings.

Mackynzie Renee's first name came from Josh's cousin while Renee is the second name of Anna. Mackynzie is the eldest of five children and is the first grandchild in the Duggar family. Her siblings are Michael, Marcus, Meredith, and Mason.

Mackynzie's dad, meanwhile, is the eldest of the 19 children of Michelle and Jim Bob. Josh got into a controversial harassment issue in 2015. He allegedly molested his sisters Jessa and Jill, and three other girls when he was a teenager. This prompted Josh to enter a rehabilitation facility in August 2015.
