Fans speculate that Joy-Anna Duggar already gave birth ahead of her February due date. The rumor started when the "Counting On" star shared a photo on Instagram with her husband Austin Forsyth.

The said photo shows  the couple in a helicopter while Austin's father, Terry Forsyth, was in the backseat. The image comes with the caption, "Heading down to Mississippi for a wedding!" Instead of showing her baby bump, Joy-Anna was just photographed from the chest up. Because of this, fans think this could mean she already had her baby. Many questioned why she did not share a baby bump shot, which is common for pregnant women.

Aside from that, many noted that flying is not allowed during pregnancy especially that Joy-Anna is already in her last trimester. One fan commented that the reality star does not look pregnant in the photo, and that the couple is hiding something. Others said that flying is a no-no during pregnancy.

Since Joy-Anna announced her pregnancy, there have been theories that she got pregnant before her wedding. Fans are even accusing the Duggar clan of hiding the truth from the public. It is known that the Duggar family is conservative and strict. Hence, if Joy-Anna indeed conceived her baby before marriage, then it is a big violation of the family's strict rulebook.

The couple got married in May this year and they announced their pregnancy in August. Some fans were quick to notice that Joy-Anna is looking more pregnant than they claim. Apart from that, there are only a few photos of her baby bump, which makes fans even more suspicious.

Fans are eager to follow her pregnancy like what they have to her sisters Jill and Jessa. The two were constantly posting photos of themselves to update fans of their pregnancy journey. However, things are different for Joy-Anna, which fuels the rumor about her alleged premarital relationship with Austin.
