Josh Duggar made the news once again after a man sued the former "19 Kids and Counting" cast member for allegedly stealing his photo to lure women online.

TMZ revealed that a man named Matthew McCarthy filed a case against the 28-year-old TV personality for using his image on several dating and social media sites, particularly the infidelity-supporting Ashley Madison website.

McCarthy's photo was reportedly selected from the Internet and used by the eldest son of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar for his fake OK Cupid profile.

According to the report, McCarthy's lawsuit claimed that he was raised in a strong-knit Catholic family, which is why he was subjected to a lot of humiliation after his face was dragged to Duggar's activities. The complainant, who works as a photographer and a DJ, also revealed that he has been getting distressing messages online, saying that he is "Duggar's boy toy."

Daily Mail also reported that McCarthy's profession also suffered after he was dragged to Josh's scandal as some of his gigs as a DJ were cancelled after the controversy broke out.

Josh and the rest of the Duggar family have been mum after news about the new lawsuit against him broke out, but the controversial father of four finally appeared on social media again when Jim Bob posted a photo of an all-boys vacation on the official Duggar Facebook account.

In the photo, 10 Duggar children were present at the EAA AirVenture airshow in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. It includes Josh and his two sons. Josh was last featured on the family's Facebook account in July 2015 together with his wife, Ana, and their fourth child, Meredith Grace. It was taken before news broke out about Josh's multiple Ashley Madison accounts and his infidelity to his wife while she was pregnant with their youngest baby.

Josh's infidelity scandal, as well as the child molestation controversy that he was also involved in, prompted TLC to pull "19 Kids and Counting" off the air.
