The Duggar family from 19 Kids and Counting is staunchly supporting the presidential candidacy of Governor Mike Huckabee, saying that he is exactly the kind of moral leader America needs to turn things around.

"I know all of you are not political and many of you may be supporting someone else but I want to respectfully share our hearts with you about the 2016 presidential race," the show's patriarch Jim Bob Duggar wrote on their Facebook page. "America needs Governor Huckabee for president! I am so very pleased to endorse him. As a former Arkansas state representative I served along side Governor Mike Huckabee and saw first hand his incredible bi-partisan leadership."

Jim Bob said that Huckabee has the communication skills of Ronald Reagan, coupled with a common sense business approach to government. Not only did he improve Arkansas roads and schools, but he also reduced welfare roles, cut taxes, and streamlined state government.

"Importantly, he is a man of faith who is very wise, and will help get our nation back on track," said Jim Bob. "Simply, he's a leader who will bring the moral clarity we need in the White House."

He also noted that Huckabee is the only candidate running for president who has successfully defeated the "Clinton machine" repeatedly, and the whole Duggar family is rallying behind him and are asking all Republicans to help make him the next President of America.

The Duggars said that they are all very excited to see Huckabee run, and that they are going to work hard to help him win.

"Regardless of who you support, let's all pray for our country, all of our leaders and the candidates seeking the White House!" the family told their fans.
