After Derick went on a Twitter clash last week, the Duggar family seemed irritated at what he did. In fact, there are swirling rumors saying there is brewing bad blood between the clan because of his removal from TLC.

Also, after the network cut its ties with Jill Duggar's husband, her future in their family show, "Counting On," also seems uncertain. With that, Derick is now having a hard time moving on from what happened.

A source told Radar Online that the couple is trying their best to avoid criticizing each other. Derick does not want to hurt Jazz Jennings through his tweet. However, Jill's beliefs somehow contradict her husband's principles.

Derick's statement about Jazz is something that he did not thoroughly think of. He, too, might have had used inappropriate wordings that he never intended to do so. However, the Duggar family did not like how he handled the situation, although they did not entirely disagree with his sentiments about Jazz because of their religious beliefs.

To recall, Derick received a Twitter backlash when he tweeted something against another TLC star, Jazz. He said he pitied the young reality star for being used by her parents. Also, he even refused to call her a woman and continuously referred to her as a man.

Jill's husband also seemed to make things worse as he and Jazz are both reality stars of TLC. With that, the network took proper action to deal with Derick's Twitter drama. In an official announcement on its Twitter page, TLC quickly distanced itself from his tweet and announced he is no longer part of "Counting On."

In fact, TLC admitted it had no plans to work with him in the future. On the other hand, the cable channel proudly shared it would continue airing Jazz's life story with her family, in spite of the controversy.
