Fans who are waiting for the new, improved version of zombie apocalypse, survival title "Dying Light" would not have to wait that long, as the title recently achieved gold status. This means that the game is nearing its final version and release.

Meanwhile, developer Techland also released a new trailer for the upcoming "Dying Light: Enhanced Edition." The new video is the second footage of "Highlight videos" series released by the developer. This time, the footage focuses on upcoming improvements and new features that would be unlocked in the "Enhanced Edition."

In "Dying Light: Enhanced Edition," players will have three challenge choices in a new feature called Bounties. These three challenge options are basic, daily, and community challenges. Basic bounties are the regular tasks that players complete as objectives during explorations, particularly in Quarantine Zones and quests. Meanwhile, daily bounties offer more rewards, and the challenges themselves change every day, depending on players' highlighted performances in a given mission.

Community Challenges, on the other hand, are major events that may take a couple of days to complete and will need a team of players working together to pull off.

These in-game missions involve rewards that would greatly help players achieve Legendary status, another new unlocked feature of the game.

In a statement, the title's lead game designer Maciej Binkowski said, "Bounties are a great way to bump up your XP, especially for the new Legend Levels which players will unlock once they max out one the base skill trees."

Binkowski added that these Bounties offer more options for players to polish their game even more. The lead designer stated, "Basically, these are unique objectives that change every day. So even if you did all the quests, challenges, you always have a reason to jump in, preferably with some friends."

These Bounties challenges will be immediately available when "Dying Light: Enhanced Edition" is released on Feb. 9, simultaneous with the major "The Following" DLC pack for the base game.
