Microsoft has announced that Xbox Live Gold members will have free access to the EA Access Vault starting next week while other members get to enjoy perks this weekend.

Announcing a promo on the Xbox Wire, Microsoft confirmed that from June 12 to June 22, Xbox Live Gold members will be given access to the EA Access Vault. This means that members will get the chance to play some choice titles in the playlist, such as "Battlefield Hardline," "EA SPORTS UFC," "Battlefield 4," " "FIFA 16" and "Dead Space." Other games include "Madden NFL 16," "Dragon Age: Inquisition," "Rory McIlroy PGA Tour," "NHL 15" and "Titanfall." "Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare," "Need for Speed Rivals," "NBA LIVE 15," "Peggle 2," "FIFA 14," and "Madden NFL 14" are also included.

The EA Access Vault is a subscription-based program for EA games on the Xbox One. Members will get to play some titles for free. The most noted perk for the program is that players will get the chance to have early access to upcoming new EA games like "Battlefield 1," "FIFA 17," "Madden NFL 17," and "Mass Effect: Andromeda." In addition, players who've had early access to pre-release games will get to carry over their achievements and rewards in-game once the title is fully released.

Aside from the EA Access Vault, Xbox Live Gold Members will have additional free games to download, as the playlist for the Games with Gold program changes once again, and four new games (for the Xbox One) is offered for the June lineup.

The EA Access Vault-inspired event is only available for Xbox Live Gold members. However, there is also a free pass event for all Xbox Live members. From June 9 to 12, members get to play online during the "Free Multiplayer Weekend" event. The free pass is for players on the Xbox 360 and Xbox One. In addition, Xbox One players will get free access to "Rocket League."
