British singer and songwriter Ed Sheeran has recently purchased four homes, all of which are located in one village in Suffolk, England. The houses that Sheeran purchased are all in close proximity, which may indicate the singer's future plans of creating his own massive estate away from the city. 

As it turns out, one of the houses that Sheeran recently purchased used to be his previous home. Now that Sheeran owns so much property in the Suffolk village, his neighbors have started to call the patch of land "Sheeranville," which the singer has been working on since 2012. Additionally, the neighbors also stated that if Sheeran decides to play some loud music, the risk of complaints from any of them would be very minimal due to the size of his property.

The "Perfect" singer has been expanding and renovating after amassing a tremendous amount of wealth due to his very successful music career, and his recent purchase indicates that he still has other plans to redecorate. Sheeran had already hired some people to work on more renovations to integrate the latest property he had purchased with his already expansive estate -- which already has its own treehouse, a sizable swimming pool, and the singer's own personal pub. 

The renovation plans for the new property reveal that Sheeran plans to add an underground entertainment spaces, which will allow the residents and its guests access to a movie room and a music room that are connected to the main house via a large tunnel. It is safe to assume that both of the rooms will be rather large to accommodate multiple people all at once. 

It is estimated that the 26-year-old singer shelled out £2,795,000, or $3,480,000, for all four houses, with one of them being a farmhouse. It is speculated that Sheeran purchased the fourth property in preparation for his union with fiancee, Cherry Seaborn.
