For the group category, world-renowned band Coldplay took the number 1 spot, and next to them is the rock band Imagine Dragons.

In other news, Sheeran has a long lineup of concert tours for 2018. The Grammy winner will tour the world in 2018 including countries in Asia and North America.

There are still no updates or news if Sheeran is working on a new album for 2018. His latest album "Divide" reached the status of double Platinum in the United States and 7x Platinum in the United Kingdom with 2 million copies sold.

Sheeran recently performed a memorable duet with his good friend Taylor Swift during the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball last Dec. 1. The pair performed Swift's newest single "End Game" in which Sheeran helped out. Their performance was deemed "Moment of the Night" by iHeartRadio.

It was also recently revealed that Sheeran had collaborated with Academy Awards winning rapper Eminem in the latter's new album, "Revival." Sheeran is part of Eminem's new track "River." Eminem's new album will be released on Dec. 15. Other than Sheeran, the rapper also invited a lot of big names in the music industry like Beyonce, Alicia Keys, Pink, Skylar Grey, Kehlani, and more.
