The "Elder Scrolls Online" will be welcoming some criminal figures into its world via the new DLC packs to be featured around the Dark Brotherhood and the Thieves Guild.

Fans of the "Elder Scrolls" are likely to be very familiar with the two groups, and now both will be coming to the massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG), according to Polygon.

The Dark Brotherhood is home to a band of mercenaries who take orders from clients and carry out assassinations for a fee. The group also pays tribute to a mysterious figure known as Sithis and most of its members usually don a special garb that is exclusive to the band's followers.

The Thieves Guild, as their group name suggests, is made up of several bandits and pickpockets who pride themselves on being able to pilfer their targeted goods without ever being detected. Similar to the Dark Brotherhood, members of the group are also given special kind of equipment upon being granted entry.

The two groups were prominently featured in "Elder Scrolls: Skyrim" and even had storylines devoted to them.

Unfortunately, players will have to wait a little longer before they can start joining these groups in the "Elder Scrolls Online."

According to PC Gamer, the downloadable content (DLC) packs devoted to the Dark Brotherhood and the Thieves Guild are not expected to arrive until early next year.

In the meantime, players can enjoy the new Imperial City DLC that will be coming out this week. The DLC pack will focus on the storyline involving Molag Bal and his final attempt to take over Tamriel.

Later in the year, "Elder Scrolls Online" players will also be able to enjoy the DLC that revolves around the Orcish City of Orsinium.

All four of the announced DLC packs for the game are expected to be released at four month intervals.
