Elim Sound is celebrating 100 years of service with a new album called Elim 100, which is slated for release on May 4, 2015.

Their new album will honour the past and embrace the future, with new renditions of popular Elim hymns as well as nine brand new songs.

Popular songs included in the album are "Power in the Blood," "Breathe On Me," and "Have Thine Own Way," each given a modern folk style twist and fresh new arrangements.

Meanwhile, some of the new songs include the anthemic "Best Is Yet to Come," "No Longer I" co-written with Matt Redman, "Lay It At Your Feet," and a cover of Jared Anderson's "The Great I Am."

The album will feature nine worship leaders from across England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, and Elim boasts this is their strongest collaboration yet.

Elim Sound, which is led by Sam Blake, Stephen Gibson, Joel Pridmore, and Ian Yates is the collective product of UK's Elim Pentecostal Churches, and brings together the community of worship leaders, pastors and creative individuals from the Elim movement and beyond.

The group not only aims to inspire, encourage and equip the church in worship, but also to highlight the different skill sets and passionate beliefs of the new generation.

It is still going strong after a century and the album from Elim Sound is all about giving the glory back to God.

Elim Sound has been sharing some black and white pictures from the recording process on their Facebook page, such as "Power in the Blood," "Have Thine Own Way," "We Worship and Adore Thee," "Higher," "Best is Yet To Come."

They were joined for some sessions by Helen Yousaf, a worship leader, songwriter, and musician.
