The cast of Fox's "Empire" will be joined by more high profile guests in its second season.

Last month, a source told HollywoodLife that big celebrities all called the show's producers to have a chance to guest in the show.

"The phone has been ringing off the hook! Everyone from the Kardashians, to Kanye West, to Justin Bieber, and Beyonce want to be a part of season two and they are lobbying in many different ways to make it happen. These A-List stars want to write some music for the show or be part of the show in any way because they see the financial gains in being a part of this juggernaut of a show," the source claimed.

But none of these names had been confirmed at the moment. Instead, actor Jussie Smollett revealed during one of his interviews posted in E! News that season one guest star Raven-Symone will return next season.

When the actor was asked if his former wife Olivia (Symone) and their child Lola could return in season 2, Smollett said "Yes they will!"

In the same article, actress Taraji P. Henson shared her ideal love interest for her phenomenal character Cookie Lyon. She said, "I am rooting for Tyrese because I think we will actually break the Internet if that happens."

Other rumored names who are speculated to join Empire when it returns next season include Denzel Washington, Oprah Winfrey, and returning guest star Jennifer Hudson.

But series creator Danny Strong and Lee Daniels admitted during an interview with Deadline last month that nothing has been finalized yet.

"As for going back to the ghetto, that's just Lee. He's not afraid to censor himself or his thoughts, but we're still just in the very early stages of starting to break the next season now," Strong shared.
