England play Italy in the final weekend of the Six Nations Rugby Union Championship on Saturday, looking to gain a win that potentially could see them win the title this season.

The game takes place at the Stadio Olimpico and starts at 12.30 p.m. GMT (8.30 a.m. ET) and can be watched online through live stream – free for subscribers - via the details provided below.

England must win today to stand a chance of claiming the Six Nations title this season. But even if they do they are not guaranteed to win the championship.

Three teams come into this final day of action tied on 6 points; Ireland, England and France.

However, it is Ireland that have pole position coming into the final round of games due to their far superior points difference. They have scored an impressive 110 points, conceding only 29, giving them a points difference of +81.

England are second prior to today's games, with 86 points for, and 54 against, offering a points difference of +32.

France have a very outside chance today as they have only a +3 points difference coming into today's match ups, with 81 points for and 78 against.

If Ireland win they are almost certainly guaranteed the title. However, they travel to Paris and will have to put on a very strong performance to defeat the French in France.

If Ireland do win, then England could still win the title, but would need an enormous win against Italy to overturn Ireland's far superior points difference. England would need to defeat Italy by as many as Ireland beat France by, as well as 50 points more!

If Ireland lose, then England have a great chance at taking the title. France would need to defeat Ireland by 30 points more than England beat Italy by, to turn things in their favor. Anything less for France and it would be England who took the title.

Irish fans may feel it is their year, coming into the final round of games in pole position, and it being St Patrick's Day weekend – many may feel it is destiny for them to claim the title today. However, the French will be in no mood to hand Ireland the title in Paris.
