England vs New Zealand cricket live stream (ESPN 3): Watch 5th one day international online

England play New Zealand in the 5th one day international on Saturday in what equates to a winner takes all contest between the teams. This series has been an extraordinary one, with England taking on New Zealand at their own game with a new aggressive style of cricket that has produced a record-breaking amount of runs. The game has a start time of 10.30 a.m. BST (5.30 a.m. ET) and can be watched on TV on Sky Sports (UK), ESPN 3 (USA), or online through live stream via the link below.

Today's game comes from the Riverside Ground, Chester-le-Street in Durham, and should see another run-fest from two teams not afraid to throw caution to the wind and go for it.

England have shocked everyone in this series; after their pathetic showing at the World Cup, many had expected them to roll over in this series against a very strong New Zealand team that has successfully defeated some of the world's best teams with their aggressive style. However, they have revamped their team beyond recognition, and have piled on the runs over the first four games.

Some could say England are unlucky not to have won this series already, as the only thing that has stopped England coming into this 5th one day match being 3-1 up was a rain-affected game where the Duckworth Lewis method destroyed England's hopes as they were seemingly heading towards victory.

However, as things stand the series is tied 2-2 and whoever wins today will have the privilege of saying they won what some are calling one of the best one day series of all time.

In the 4th game England set a record for their highest ever run chase, successfully reaching the 350 runs set for them easily. They finished the game in Trent Bridge, Nottingham with seven wickets and six overs to spare.

Even though England will be desperate to get over the line and claim the series win, everyone would agree that this has been a hugely successful series for Eoin Morgan and his new look young England team.

England have scored more than 300 runs in each game, and England's top 7 batsman all have a strike rate of more than 100, bar Jason Roy, who is not far behind with 95.55.

One area that England would like to see improvement is in fielding and bowling. They will want to restrict New Zealand to fewer runs today, but a massive part of that is claiming wickets, which means tighter bowling and keeping hold of their catches when they arise. They have dropped far too many catches in this series to be pleased with, and they simply must improve.

New Zealand's Ross Taylor has been hugely successful with the bat, hitting consecutive centuries in games two and three, while Kane Williamson has scored 346 runs over the four games this series so far.
