England vs. Spain live stream (Preview): Watch International football friendly online

Two powerhouse nations will collide at the Estadio José Rico Pérez in Alicante this Friday when defending Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) Euro champions Spain host England in a friendly match.

England will have greater momentum heading to the match as it won all 10 matches in the qualifiers while Spain suffered one defeat against Slovakia.

Along with the match against La Roja, the Three Lions will also take on next year's host nation France.

In a report by Goal.com, Manchester City's budding midfielder Raheem Sterling is seeing the matches as a chance for them to work together.

"It is always good to meet up and work together. We are young but there are players here who have played club football in the Premier League for a long time now and will try to grow our experience with the national team," Sterling said.

The 20-year-old added that they had a great run in the qualifying round but the real test for England will now begin as they face the best national teams in Europe.

Meanwhile, England manager Roy Hodgson said in a press conference last week that matches against Spain and France are opportunities to learn more about their players and for them to be tested, the International Business Times reported.

In a report by ESPN a few days ago, Spain manager Vicente del Bosque praised England's splendid showing in the qualifiers and said the nation has "extraordinary potential."

But England will have to break a streak as Goal.com mentioned that the nation may have won against La Roja in 2011, but have not scored in their past three matches held in Spain.

The friendly between UEFA Euro champions Spain and England will be held this Friday, Nov. 13, at 3:45 p.m. EST. To watch the match via live stream, click here.
