Group E leading England already secured a berth at Euro 2016 last Saturday but will continue its campaign at the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) European Qualifiers hosting Switzerland this Tuesday at Wembley Stadium.

The Three Lions had a masterful performance against San Marino Saturday winning 6–0 continuing their dominance against a familiar foe. 

England and Manchester United striker and nation's captain Wayne Rooney netted the first goal with a successful penalty conversion. 

The goal tied Rooney with Sir Bobby Charlton for the most goals scored for England with 49.

"To be level with Sir Bobby is a huge honour, a great moment and I am very proud of it. Hopefully I will surpass that and become the outright leader," Rooney told BBC Sport. 

Along with the 29-year-old striker, Ross Barkley, Harry Kane, and Theo Walcott who had a brace scored for England. 

Early in the first half of the match San Marino defender Cristian Brolli scored an own goal that gave England a 2–0 lead. 

The English are undefeated in their campaign so far with 21 points in seven matches and will look to keep the streak alive facing Switzerland. 

Meanwhile, the Swiss are also looking to continue a streak of their own and avenge a loss they suffered last year against the Group E leaders. 

Switzerland began its campaign with a 2–0 loss to England nearly a year ago which was followed by another defeat to Slovenia. 

Since then, the Swiss have won their next five matches including their last match which was a 3–2 come from behind victory against the other nation that handed them a loss, Slovenia. 

The win gave Switzerland 15 points, five points ahead of Estonia which is on the third spot in Group E with 10 points. 

The match between Group E's top two nations England and Switzerland will be played on Sept. 8 at 2:45 p.m. EST or 7:45 p.m. BST. To watch via live stream click here.
