While there are three more batches of DLC packs for the highly acclaimed "Fallout 4" game, reports now state that these will be the last ones for it.

Peter Hines, Bethesda's vice president for public relations and marketing, has confirmed through a tweet that the "Nuka World" DLC will be the last installment for the add-on series of "Fallout 4." Right now, there are four DLC pieces available for the game, so when "Nuka World" gets released by August, the game will have six total DLC packs available.

Looking at the trend presented by how Bethesda handled the last "Fallout" game's DLC work, it can be said that instead of introducing a brand new storyline, the main focus of the "Fallout 4" DLC's extra content is customization. After all, looking at both the released and unreleased DLC packs, three out of six of them are related to the Workshop. This means that there are more content for players to furnish their settlement.

The first DLC released for "Fallout 4" was "Automatron," which featured a new robot companion that players can customize through mechanical parts. The other Workshop-based content are: "Wasteland Workshop"  So far, the only DLC with story-based content is "Far Harbor," which was released back in May, as well as the upcoming "Nuka World" DLC expansion pack.

In any case, for players who want to get all the six DLC packs, there's a "Fallout 4" Season Pass available at $50. Originally, the pass was sold for just $30, but according to a report from Tom's Hardware, for some reason Bethesda just upped the price. However, most fans still agree that the $50 price is still worth it.

For players iffed about the fact that "Nuka World" will be the last official DLC for "Fallout 4," they should still look forward to the various mods made by fans. It's only a matter of time before someone creates a new adventure that thrill players once again.
