The last "Fallout" was released in 2008, and it has been years since fans are clamouring and begging for an update. The start of the year seems to be good for hardcore "Fallout" players, as it seems the official unveiling for the next instalment is guaranteed to be done this year.

Bethesda, the company behind the "Fallout" series and numerous other big-name games, has been mum about any details pertaining to the game, and has so far been successful in preventing any leaks from happening. Although hints and ideas crop up from time to time, such as the company changing their website banner showing "Fallout" artwork, details have so far been sketchy in relation to the next title.

However, in a report by KDramaStars, it seems that a Bethesda employee named Gino Cole inadvertently leaked details about the upcoming game. Cole has reportedly updated his Linkedin account and had posted that the work for "Fallout 4" has been in development for three years now, and places the release to be on May of next year.

With Bethesda's announcement that it will be joining the 2015 E3 conference, observers and the entire gaming community believes that the unveiling of "Fallout 4" is fast approaching.

Some sources say that the next "Fallout" instalment is only the tip of the iceberg, since "Fallout" series is only one of Bethesda's moneymakers. Some of the most highly anticipated games that fans have been clamouring for also come from Bethesda, and the prestige and magnitude of the E3 event can be used by the company to announce a multitude of other big-name titles in development. Alongside "Fallout", fans also want to see "The Elder Scrolls 6", 'Dishonored 2", and "Fallout New Vegas 2", game series that are also published by Bethesda.

With the announcement of game maker Bethesda that it will be attending this year's E3 conference, will 'Fallout 4" finally make the spotlight?
