'Fallout 4' release details: Mods exclusively available on PC

November is just around the corner, which means that the highly anticipated role playing game "Fallout 4" will finally be on retail store shelves in the coming days.

However, avid modders will be saddened when they find out that they will have no chance to create "Fallout 4" mods of the console versions of the game.

Bethesda Vice-President Pete Hines revealed the news when a fan asked him on Twitter if "Fallout 4" PC modding tools can also be used on game consoles. His reply read:

He explained that while the mods can be playable on consoles, Bethesda will only make the modding tools compatible on PC.

Meanwhile, the Express UK revealed that "Fallout" fans can start preloading the game as soon as it comes out next month since the game console allows players to start playing the newly released titles during the first hour of its release date.

"Digitally the game [Fallout 4] will become available on November 10, 2015, at 12:01 am (local time) in all territories (In North America, the unlock time will be 12:01 am EST), except Asia (available at 12 am on Wednesday, November 11th) and Japan (available at 12 am on Thursday, December 17th)," a note from Bethesda revealed.

The report also mentioned that the game studio is also preparing for the release of "Fallout 4" across all platforms, such as a physical disk version and a downloadable copy. But both require players to fully install the game.

Hines explained why both physical and Steam copies are needed to be able to fully enjoy the game, saying that "The game disc has actual install data though you will still have to download from Steam. The disc doesn't contain the entire game." Because of this move, piracy and fully loaded disk space will be avoided for better game enjoyment.

"Fallout 4" is slated for worldwide release on Nov. 10.
