Power Armor is essential inside "Fallout 4," particularly for those portions of the game when players will have to deal with areas infested with high level enemies, so taking good care of it is crucial.

First off, players should know that using Power Armor a lot basically means that it will likely be damaged throughout gameplay. Once certain parts of the Power Armor become damaged enough, players may not even be able to use it any longer. This mean that they need to repair it.

The first step in repairing Power Armor inside "Fallout 4," as PC Advisor UK noted, is to find a Power Armor station. These stations are scattered all throughout the Wasteland and most settlements will have one, so players can take their damaged units there and proceed with the needed repairs.

Once at the station, players can enter the crafting menu for the Power Armor in order to repair specific parts. Players should note that they will need to have some raw materials on hand to execute the repairs, so they may have to gather some items before they can continue.

Aside from repairing Power Armor, players can also strengthen it.

Just as with weapons and other pieces of equipment, players can mod their Power Armors, but they will need to prepare a few things.

First off, a Power Armor can only be completed if the materials are on hand. Once again, players can go to the crafting menu to see what materials they will need for a particular mod, and go from there.

Some Power Armor mods also aren't available right away, and they will only be unlocked once players have invested enough points into their Armorer and Science perks, according to Videogamer.

One last thing, the Power Armors in "Fallout 4" can only be improved to a certain level dependent upon the base parts the players have.

This means that if players truly want to get the best Power Armor, they will need to locate the best sets available, including the fabled X-01.
