The "Fallout" universe is beginning to overlap as "Fallout Shelter" welcomes its first character with ties to the "Fallout 4" universe. The character is Preston Garvey, the leader of the Commonwealth Minutemen, according to Gamespot.

Though "Fallout Shelter" is a relatively minor title and is a free-to-play mobile game, Bethesda has decided to introduce noteworthy content into it.

Finding Garvey within "Fallout Shelter" will not be an easy task, as he has been tabbed as a Legendary Dweller within the game. What the Legendary Dweller designation means is that players looking to find Garvey will need to open a lunchbox in order to do so.

Lunchboxes are not the easiest things to find within "Fallout Shelter" either. Most of the time, players can only get their hands on new lunchboxes when the game gives it to them at seemingly random times as they continue their progress.

If players are unlucky enough to not acquire any lunchboxes, or not to find one with Garvey, they also have the option of using real-world money to purchase one.

Whether or not Garvey is worth real-world money in "Fallout Shelter" is up for debate, though the Commonwealth Minuteman does come with his very own laser musket that Vault dwellers can also equip within the game, according to Polygon.

Paying for lunchboxes is the only money-making mechanism Bethesda has installed into "Fallout Shelter."

Bethesda has made a point of ensuring "Fallout Shelter" will not be a throwaway title by adding noteworthy content into the game.

The company has been protective of "Fallout Shelter," even going so far as to purposely delay its announcement until after a proper "Fallout 4" revelation to avoid a situation where the mobile game may receive negative publicity.

"Fallout Shelter" is currently available on iOS while "Fallout 4" is scheduled to be released on November 10 for the PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
