"Fallout Shelter" is fun but it tends to be quite challenging at times. Thankfully, there is a set of tips and tricks players can exploit to get around moving rooms and upgrading and everything in between. Gamers can follow this guide to make their Dwellers the happiest they have ever been.

The first thing to keep in mind is that the population will eventually swell. The key is to build not only for what's there but also for what's to come. This is why using bigger, joined rooms are better than small ones. Saving up horizontal space is the way to go.

The best option is to build an elevator that extends to the ground floor. This gives more three-wide scale rooms, which can harbor additional stuff and facilities. It may be pricey but it sure would save money and space in the long run.

It helps to segregate Dwellers according to their SPECIAL stats. Dwellers with Agility usually are efficient in the diner while those with higher Strength gauge are better off working in the power plant. Those with Charisma surely need to be in the living quarters.

However, iDigital Times believes that Endurance isn't the only one efficient in the wastelands. Putting Strength Dwellers there can help fend off tougher enemies, and Dwellers with Luck should make it easier to unearth more weapons, outfits and caps with the help of Perception.

Intelligence and Agility work best in escaping an enemy that's difficult to beat. As most of the Dwellers' stats fit in working in the wasteland, the key is to balance and sort them out. The other facilities are in need of their respective skills, too.

Speaking of stats, it is best to give Dwellers the outfit that will further increase their SPECIAL ability. For example, Luck Dwellers are the likely ones to put on the Formal Wear. The nightwear is usually for a Charisma Dweller to don. Also, to prep them up for raids, which tend to happen in "Fallout Shelter," it isn't always wise to spend caps to heal them. Gamers can try applying Stimpaks to those with draining health to restore their life.
