A lot of fans are worrying that the reboot of the "Fantastic Four" movie will be a rehash of the 2005 version of the film. However, the new film's star Miles Teller assured avid followers of the comic superheroes that the reboot will be different from director Tim Story's version of the movie.

Teller also told Vulture that the film will have a "grounded" approach similar to what "X-Men: First Class" has adopted. This is when the characters are portrayed as real people, giving them a little drama on the background. The film will avoid being solely about the superpowers and non-human capabilities of the protagonists.

The plot of the new film has been leaked. According to web site Schmoes Know, the film will narrate how the four heroes – Reed Richards (Teller), Ben Grimm (Jamie Bell), Susan Storm (Kate Mara), and Johnny Storm (Michael B. Jordan) – will obtain their superpowers and will form the Fantastic Four.

The article said that the team will acquire their powers through an experiment that goes wrong. The experiment reportedly entails a portal or teleporter that leads to another world or dimension. The four are sucked into the portal and get exposed to the dimension or planet where they get their superpowers.

This is supported by the film's screenwriter Simon Kinberg who claimed that the film is more scientific compared to the other adaptations of the comic book.

Some reports also claim that the new film will be character-driven. It does not mean that the crime-fighting and action-packed scenes will be put on the back burner. The film will be more focused in establishing the rapport between the characters.

Based on these spoilers, the film will most likely follow the Ultimate version of the Fantastic Four than the original version. The "Ultimate Fantastic Four" storyline features villains Mole Man (Tim Blake Nelson) and Doctor Doom (Toby Kebbell).

The "Fantastic Four" reboot will hit theaters on June 19, 2015.
