The production for "Fantastic Four" has come far enough that a new trailer will reportedly be released sooner than anybody expected. Director Josh Trank has been very busy helming the reboot of the franchise. According to Comicbook.com, "Fantastic Four" will be shown along with the premiere of "Kingsman: The Secret Service" in the U.K. on Jan. 29. Initial reports indicated that the trailer for the superhero movie has been set to come out along with the same film at its premiere in U.S. theaters on Feb. 13.

Just Jared, on the other hand, reported that the film "has not turned out as planned," imploring the cast and crew to do some reshoots.

"To confirm, Fantastic Four will be doing 3-4 days of additional photography with director Josh Trank and some key cast members. We are very excited about the film and can't wait for you to see what we've been up to," producer and screenwriter Simon Kinberg said.

"Kingsman" director Matthew Vaughn has dropped some hints on what to expect about "Fantastic Four" as he already saw the movie. In an interview with Flickering Myth, the director said that it bears resemblance to "Chronicle," Josh Trank's previous movie.

"I thought Chronicle was a fantastic movie, and [Josh] Trank has gone off and done his version of 'Fantastic Four'," Vaughn shared.

Movie News Guide reported that there are certain changes to anticipate in the reboot. One is that Sue Storm and Johnny Storm now become adopted siblings. Doctor Doom will be the adversary in there, too, but he is now to be addressed as Victor Domashev, not Victor Von Doom. The newly-named villain is portrayed as an "anti-social programmer" and not the leader of the Latveria, as what the baddie is known in the comics.

The mighty team of four will also be fronted by different stars, of course. The new Mr. Fantastic will be "Divergent" actor Miles Teller. Kate Mara takes on the role of Invisible Woman. Michael B. Jordan is the Human Torch while Jamie Bell is The Thing. The cast also includes Toby Kebbell as Victor Domashev /Doctor Doom, Reg E. Cathey as Dr. Storm and Tim Blake Nelson as Harvey Elder.

"Fantastic Four" will hit the silver screen on Aug. 7. Movie News Guide already mentioned a sequel, which is set to be released on July 14, 2017.
