Paul Walker's emotional appearance in the final scenes of "Fast and Furious 7" became the enduring images of that movie, but now it appears that the beloved actor will show up in at least one more movie from the franchise.

According to Movie News Guide, the people behind "Fast and Furious 8" are now putting serious thought into including Paul Walker's character in the upcoming movie. Walker's appearances will reportedly be limited to flashback scenes, giving the filmmakers the chance to include him in the movie without necessarily committing to his character long term.

Walker will allegedly show up in the film through the usage of computer-generated imagery (CGI).

Walker's character showing up in "Fast and Furious 8" could also have ripple effects in terms of other casting decisions.

Jordana Brewster, who played Mia Toretto in the films of the franchise, is already rumored to be included in the upcoming movie. Her return could be confirmed if the filmmakers do decide to include Walker in the next movie, seeing that she played his love interest.

For now, the speculation regarding Walker and Brewster's inclusion in "Fast and Furious 8" remains unconfirmed, although more clarity on the matter should be provided soon enough.

As for the confirmed details regarding the next movie, it has already been announced by Vin Diesel during his appearance on Jimmy Fallon's "The Tonight Show" that the next installment will be taking place in New York. The move east could open up a whole new world of possible stunts for the next installment of the "Fast and Furious" franchise.

Aside from the new location, it's also been confirmed that the next film will be the first in what is a planned trilogy, meaning the franchise will last up to a 10th movie at the very least.

A lot has yet to be revealed about "Fast and Furious 8," although more details should be available soon.
