After wrapping up the initial production in Iceland, the cast and crew of "Fast and Furious 8" are headed to Cleveland, Ohio this month for the second part of the shooting.

The film hired individuals as local crew and vendors for the scenes they will shoot in the city via a job posting on Greater Cleveland Film Commission (now removed), which means that production is just a stone's throw away.

There is no concrete information as to when the second unit of "Fast and Furious 8" crew will start production in Ohio but it is estimated to take place as early as mid-April to June. Establishing shots and action sequences are expected to be shot there.

Meanwhile, principal photography for "Fast and Furious 8" in Atlanta and New York, which was confirmed as the setting of the upcoming film, won't start until next month. Cuba is also eyed as another filming location.

Not much is known about "Fast and Furious 8," although actor Vin Diesel, who plays the role of Dominic Toretto in the movie, has repeatedly hinted that Kurt Russell's villain-material character Mr. Nobody introduced in "Fast 7" will have a bigger role in the film.

However, there's word that "Mad Max: Fury Star" Charlize Theron will join the "Fast and Furious 8" ensemble as the new antagonist the Toretto gang will have to deal with. Negotiations regarding her inclusion are reportedly ongoing.

Meanwhile, there are still persistent reports Brian O'Conner, the character played by the late Paul Walker, will somehow be represented in "Fast and Furious 8." His brother Cody Walker will allegedly help out to achieve this.

Diesel, Russell, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson and Ludacris will all be back for the ride. "Straight Outta Compton" director F. Gary Gray will direct.

"Fast and Furious 8" hits the big screen on April 14, 2017.
