"Fear The Walking Dead" is going to be back in 2018 for season 4 with a new, yet familiar face, Maggie Grace from "Lost," who was revealed to be joining as a series regular.

Grace is the latest addition to the roster of newcomers in the AMC's "Fear The Walking Dead" for its fourth season, including Jenna Elfman, known for her role as Dharma in "Dharma and George," and Garret Dillahunt, "Raising Hope" actor.

Grace is popular for her participation in the "LOST" series, where she played Shannon Rutherford. Some fans will also recognize her as Kim Mills in the "Taken" movies and Irina in the "Twilight" film. She will join other regular cast members including Alicia Debnam-Carey (Alicia Clark), Kim Dickens (Madison Clark), and Frank Dillane (Nick Clark) in filming production at the new set for the fourth season in Austin, Texas.

The announcement came just as fans are starting to grapple with the fact that the character to jump to the other show was Morgan, played by Lennie James. It was not clear how Grace's character will play on the show or if she would be a part of Morgan's storyline in the crossover.

More than that, fans should be excited about the next season as it will show how the crossover will play out. This had been quite a stirrer as fans wonder as to how the shows would match, considering the fact that events from "Fear The Walking Dead" transpired before the mother show. One speculation is that the crossover will narrate Morgan's story from the time Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) had left his house after seeking shelter.

There is no specific date for the premiere of the season 4 of "Fear the Walking Dead" in 2018, but "The Walking Dead" airs every Sunday, at 9 p.m. EST on AMC.
