"The Walking Dead's" prequel/companion series, "Fear the Walking Dead," is slated for a fourth season premiere this coming spring. And along with the recurring cast members, some new faces will grace AMC's zombie-survival TV series including Lennie James, who will reprise his role as Morgan from "The Walking Dead" for a crossover event.

The new cast members were introduced via a series of never-before-seen photos exclusively revealed by Entertainment Weekly. Aside from the new cast, season four also sees the series' new showrunners after Dave Erickson stepped down from the post. He will be replaced by Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg.

One of the new characters of the show is named Althea, who will be played by Maggie Grace (Lost, Taken). According to her character description stated by Ian Goldberg, "Althea is someone who is uniquely qualified to survive — to thrive, even — in this world because of who she was before the apocalypse."

Garrett Dillahunt (Deadwood) is also set to join the series' cast ensemble as John, a man who can surprise everyone with his character contradiction. According to Goldberg, he's a loner and a people-lover at the same time. He can also be really gentle, but can also be very violent when the situation needs it. More details about his character will be revealed as the season progresses.

Another new character would be filled by Jenna Elfman (Dharma & Greg), where she will play the role of Naomi—a defensive yet highly capable survivor of the apocalypse who doesn't let people get to her easily. Still, according to the new showrunners, Naomi's life will change once she crosses paths with Madison (Kim Dickens) and her family, and over time she will surprise herself by developing connections with the new people around her.

In the new season of "Fear the Walking Dead," the whole story arc will mostly revolve around Morgan's introduction to the series. Madison and her family will get to see the world through Morgan's eyes, as they "meet new friends, foes, and threats. They fight for each other, against each other and against a legion of the dead to somehow build an existence against the crushing pressure of lives coming apart," read the official synopsis of the show.

"Fear The Walking Dead" will return on April 15, 10 p.m. EST and will be moved to an earlier time slot at 9 p.m. starting April 22 on AMC.
