"Fear the Walking Dead" season 4 will definitely back along with new series regulars. Following the announcement of Garret Dillahunt joining "The Walking Dead" spin-off, Jenna Elfman will also come to the show.

Both the "Dharma & Greg" star and the 52-year-old actor have signed on as series regulars. However, AMC remains tightlipped about their specific roles and storylines, Deadline reported.

In a post on Instagram, Elfman announced her participation in "Fear the Walking Dead" season 4. "So honored to be part of this," she said. She even shared the photo of "The Walking Dead" and "FWD" crossover called "The Worlds Collide."

The 46-year-old actress' arrival in the series coincides with Dave Erickson's resignation as the showrunner. He stepped down from his post exactly after the third season's finale. He will be replaced by Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg while Scott M. Gimple will be an executive producer.

Eflman's inclusion in "Fear the Walking Dead" season 4 is also timely with the demise of other characters. However, a lot of people were surprised to learn of her casting. As the "Friends with Benefits" star is known as a comedic actress, it will be a refreshing view to see her doing a post-apocalyptic drama series.

Meanwhile, Dillahunt is also coming to "Fear the Walking Dead" season 4. "The Mindy Project" alum will be reunited with his "Deadwood" co-star Kim Dickens, who plays the role of Madison Clark.

This will be the third time that a cast member of the HBO Western television series is joining the show. The first one was Dayton Callie, who portrayed Jeremiah Otto, the third season's villain.

AMC has yet to announce "Fear the Walking Dead" season 4's release date. The network is now planning for its crossover with the original series, "The Walking Dead." Here, fans might possibly see Abraham (Michael Cudlitz) alive again.
