Open world role-playing game "Final Fantasy XV" is turning one year old on Nov. 29, and video game developers from Square Enix have prepared something to mark the event. The developers recently promised an Active Time Report on the said date to inform players of the upcoming features and the current state of the game.

Active Time Reports are similar to a "Final Fantasy XV" update. They are live video streams that disclose information to the players straight from the developers. The Nov. 29 Active Time Report, in particular, will contain information on how the developers plan to re-energize the game a year after its release.

First off, Square Enix will reveal more information about "Episode Ignis." It will be the last of the extra-episode downloadable content (DLC) for the game. It will feature the eponymous party member and his story, set on the streets of Altissia. The DLC will also feature Ravus, a new comrade that will join forces with Ignis.

The Active Time Report will also talk about the recent expansion, "Comrades."

"Comrades" was a multiplayer expansion for "Final Fantasy XV" that was released on Nov. 15 of this year. The expansion gave players the ability to create and customize their characters to participate in epic quests. Players will take on the role of a Kingsglaive, and players can form teams to undertake quests and fight battles together.

The strength of "Comrades" is in its multiplayer aspect, but the story can be played via single-player mode, as well.

A "surprise" December update will also be discussed, although details about this update will have to be revealed when the Report itself airs.

In addition to the gameplay and content-related reports, Square Enix also promised to reveal the result of a survey that they have conducted. The nature of this survey remains unknown.

The Active Time Report will be hosted on Square Enix's official YouTube channel and the Japanese video-sharing website NicoNico.
