Could Carter's (Kathryn Prescott) life get any better or worse?

Such seems to be in the air as Finding Carter Season 2 heads towards its season finale "I'm Not the Only One".

It is believed that heading into the season finale, Carter will testify against Lori (Milena Govich) in an effort to somehow end the hold she has on her. But will it be a truthful one?

In an interview via the Cosmopolitan, Prescott did say that with the kidnapping aside, Lori was technically a good mother:

Well, kidnapping aside … [laughs]. I think she was, yeah. I think she was always so grateful just to have a child that she wanted to give Carter the richest experiences she could.

Lori is apparently not the biological mother of Carter and was responsible for abducting her as a child. She learns about it after landing in jail due to a prank. Lori, getting controversial as the series moves on, reportedly has a grand plan to try and win Carter back. But could all that prosper once Carter does testify against her in the season finale?

With child abduction a growing concern in America, the finale could more or less rounding it up at that point. Elizabeth (Cynthia Watros) is the biological mother and is determined to punish the woman who kidnapped her child 13 years ago.

But heading into the season finale, there are other angles and twists to watch out for.

That includes Carter and other characters in the fold like her twin sister Taylor (Anna Jacoby-Heron), Crash (Caleb Ruminer) and Max (Alex Saxon). Interesting relationships between the four will be something to look at closely, not to mention something that could more or less cause more chaos within.

Each have their own link (desirable and not) on the other so it will be interesting to see how this group will eventually co-exist and resolve (or not) their conflicts and differences with one another.
