The video game company Nintendo has churned out another beloved title once again, with the help of Koei Tecmo. This time, it is in the form of "Fire Emblem Warriors," which is a "Warriors" inspired game with the characters from "Fire Emblem." The reviews are now in, and critics cannot help but compare it to its predecessor "Hyrule Warriors."

In a video game review by Eurogamer, they had given the video game a recommendation seal. The game offered players with new dynamics and in-game mechanics. Players are now in charge of assigning their characters to different outposts or bases in the map, or other areas with the intention of either attacking or defending. Players will be able to choose a setting wherein the death of characters can be temporary or permanent.

However, the permanent death feature can leave some plot holes in the story, since dead characters will not be filling in to narrate or be part of the plot line. This is quite different from the previous "Warriors" games since players only had to choose the interchangeable characters for their own personal use.

Now, "Fire Emblem Warriors" added this feature, and allowed players to pause the game at any time. This was to give them time to carry out orders for different officers in the battlefield. According to Mirror, players start out by choosing from one of the new characters, Rowan and Lianna.

In a report by WCCF Tech, the story of "Fire Emblem Warriors" left more to be desired, especially for fans who were used to the rich story of the original "Zelda" universe. However, the game is still compelling to play and addicting. There are numerous hours that players can spend playing the game, and it is most especially fun if friends are in the mix. The normal campaign and the History mode also allowed for cooperative gaming.

Despite a less than stellar story, the game is still considered to be a treat for those who love hack and slash types, which is something that the "Warriors" series is known for anyway.

"Fire Emblem Warriors" is now available for the Nintendo Switch and the New Nintendo 3DS.
