Perhaps one of the biggest dreams of kids nowadays is to be featured in their favorite cartoon show. It seems even royalty is not immune to this, as it has been confirmed that Prince George is getting his own appearance in none other than his favorite show, "Fireman Sam."

In celebration of its 30^th anniversary, the brains behind the cartoon "Fireman Sam" had the idea of featuring one of its biggest fans, the eldest child of the royal couple, Prince William and Kate Middleton. "We heard that we have a very famous fan in Prince George, so we thought it would be really fun to bring a royal family to Pontypandy and see how the community reacts to that," the show's producer, Ian McCue, revealed.

The Duke of Cambridge announced that their 4-year-old son had gone past the fascination of "Peppa Pig," and was now into "Fireman Sam" in an interview in April this year. He also announced that Princess Charlotte might be on her way to the "Peppa Pig" stage. Showrunners of the series seemed to have gotten wind of this and decided to make Prince George a part of the show that revolved around Sam, a fireman, and other firefighters in the land of Pontypandy.

The episode would focus on a visiting prince who will have to save the day using his helicopter skills. As fans of the young royal would know, Prince George is very fond of helicopters.

Even Middleton has been vocal of her son's fascination with helicopters. During an event at the Hornsey Road Children's Centre, the Duchess of Cambridge had spoken with one of the attendees about their children's interest, she and divulged that Prince George loves helicopters.

Aside from this, Prince George is also a fan of diggers, which his dad had to drive in a 2014 event. The prince reportedly got jealous when his dad gets to maneuver a digger, as the Duke of Cambridge revealed during the City Veterans' Network gala dinner at the Imperial War Museum.
