Fans of the show wishing to get their home fixed by the popular husband-wife team, Chip and Joanna Gaines of the "Fixer Upper," should be excited, especially if they are living near the vicinity where the Gaines couple is residing.

According to their website, the couple shared that they were open to helping people achieve their dream home, but that comes with a condition. Joanna and Chip said they were willing to do it as long as the one asking lives near them, or within Waco, Texas, where they first started their business.

"We are still a local business, and are committed to helping restore Waco to become the amazing city it was meant to be. We also believe in the importance of home and family, and travelling for a remodel project would put unnecessary strain on our families and children," the Gaines couple explained.

They also added that they wanted to focus more on spending quality time with their children and underlined the importance of being committed to the family. The website revealed that there were many requests already, but the duo is only prepared to work "within a 30-mile radius of Waco."

The decision to work near their home was consistent with their decision to end their hit HGTV show. Joanna and Chip divulged that the work had taken its toll on their personal lives and that they did not want to chase after something that could eventually ruin their relationship.

It was in September when Joanna and Chip announced that the current and fifth season of the "Fixer Upper" will also be the final one, shocking everyone who delighted in the way the duo renovated and beautified homes. But, now that the cat is out of the bag, many fans will be glad to know that the creative couple is still willing to visit homes after the series to give the extra "shazam" these abodes need.
