"Fixer Upper's" host Joanna Gaines made an announcement that the reality show will end after season 5. The final season will premiere on Nov. 28. Fans are wondering what will be next for Joanna and her husband Chip Gaines — who is also a host on the show — after the show ends.

Joanna made the announcement on Instagram, saying "Season 5 of Fixer Upper is scheduled to start airing in November and we really have saved the best for last!"

There had been rumors suggesting that Joanna was pregnant with their fifth child, and such was why the couple decided to end the show. Joanna quickly dismissed the speculations in an interview with Entertainment Tonight, saying, "I guess people can just make stuff up."

In a separate interview with People, Joanna said she is open to expanding their family. "I would love another baby or twins," she shared. However, Chip does not seem to be the same page as his wife as he said, "We're done."

Chip also stated that the rumors about their marriage being in limbo are baseless. He also revealed the real reason behind their big decision during a conversation on the Today show. Chip explained that they both want to prioritize their relationship and their four beautiful kids before anything else, saying, "For us, the most important thing in the world is Jo and I's relationship, followed very quickly by these four beautiful kids of ours."

Now, fans are all asking the same question, "What is next for Joanna and Chip?" Chip has his hands full with his new released book "Capital Gaines: Smart things I learned doing stupid stuff." The happily married couple are also putting more time and effort in their other businesses like an upcoming restaurant, Magnolia Market retail, real estate company, and more.
