Ubisoft unveiled the Title Update 1.05 for "For Honor" after players held a 24-hour boycott of the game.

The patch comes with several fixes to some of the issues raised by the players, including those that involve the game's matchmaking features. It also comes with several balance changes and statements about the game's future plans.

The Title Update 1.05 also adds the River Fort map, and reveals the game developer's plans to re-launch the game's High Fort map.

Some of the inclusions in the recently released patch are the removal of the Guardbreak Cancel from the cancellation of the Shield Tackle to update the Valkyrie Moveset page, the updated text for the Guardbreak Tutorial to provide clearer instructions on Counter Guardbreak, and the bug fix on the Assassins that are not able to stop the Unbalance from occurring when thrown after running out of stamina.

The update also comes with the improvement on the game's Revenge Defense mode, where the maximum bonus was lessened to 32.1 percent from the original 48.2 percent. The game developer also lessened the maximum penalty from the -16.1 percent down to the current -10.6 percent.

The game developer also revealed that it will introduce several new cosmetics regularly, which means that players will get to see more cosmetic items for the game in the future.

Some of the recently released cosmetic items include the Mythic Outfits for each playable character in the game. Players need to spend 30,000 Steel for each Mythic Outfits, but they can purchase them in bundles at a more affordable price.

But despite the new patch that was released to appease the demands of the players, they still pushed through with their planned boycott as mentioned on Reddit, saying, "After reading many comments it appears that most of the community believe that we should continue with the Blackout. This is a step in the right direction on the side of Ubisoft, however the community seems to still want things addressed."
