"For Honor" players are in for a huge treat because Ubisoft plans to release a tweak to the progression system of the fighting-themed game. Well, here is everything about it in a nutshell.

According to XboxAchievements, the video game company is set to release the latest "For Honor" update, patch 1.07. Apparently, this will heavily impact the progression system of the game. Players will find it a lot easier to level up.

The aforementioned patch also allows players to acquire even more gears at a much faster pace compared to the previous version. With this update, they will be receiving between 20 to 100 extra experience points (XP) after each match. Apart from this, the required amount of in-game currency to upgrade a certain piece of gear has been reduced significantly. There is even an Epic rarity item that is expected to appear in crates.

Ubisoft said that they found out about how players are having a hard time leveling up. Add to this the fact that players tend not to craft gears during the early stages because they simply have no extra crafting materials. In order to remedy this, the studio has resorted to changing the cost of steel as well as crafting materials. This change will also allow players to salvage the value of their respective gears.

Aside from the aforementioned changes in "For Honor," the update will also arrive with a good amount of bug fixes. There will even be upgrades specifically designed for the game's Raider and Peacekeeper characters. The two heroes will be receiving moveset alterations.

The upcoming "For Honor" patch is expected to arrive on Tuesday, May 16. Interestingly, this is also the very day the second season of the game will be launched. It is worth noting that the forthcoming season will feature the arrival of two new heroes — namely, the Shinobi and the Centurion.
